We are a Pennsylvania-based Limited Liability Company that is focused on the

acquisition and improvement of residential real estate across the United States. Since our founding in

2021, our focus has been on education, networking, and expanding our real estate portfolio. Currently manage and own 33 units as a group and always looking for the next opportunity. 

As a Director of Finance with a Degree

in Finance, Kyle prides himself in his financial projections and analysis. He frequently obsesses over finding the best value-add projects with the highest returns.

Even though most of his days are spent in the operating room or servicing clients, Aaron spends his free time focusing on investor relations & project funding. By ensuring that concerns and questions are answered promptly, we keep our partners satisfied and can keep up with the perpetual flow of deals.

Skilled in carpentry & craftsmanship, Christian takes the lead on all our value-add projects. He utilizes his years of knowledge to analyze properties,

estimate renovation costs, and keep contractors on time and on budget.

As an engineer & member of a successful tech start-up, Nate has refined his expertise in Information Technology and is dedicated to improving the tenant’s experience. By ensuring it is easy to pay rent and report issues, we keep our vacancy low and our tenants happy.
